Return & Exchange Policy


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SWIMWEAR

We do not accept returns, however, we will gladly exchange and item for different size as long as it meets the exchange guidelines. 

All exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags and packaging, and the liner intact.  If the liner is removed or tampered with, we will not accept the garment.  If item shows signs of wear we will not accept the garment. 

We will deny any items that do not meet our exchange guidelines. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipping date.  After 14 days you will be unable to exchange your item. 

Shipping fees on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

 If an item is sold out or unavailable, we will not be able to exchange it.

 *We offer store credit on case by case basis.  Store credit is good for 12 months.

 BUNGALOW

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Bungalow items.  Each Bungalow piece is limited edition and one of a kind.  The artist carefully packages these items so that they can travel safely to their new home.  

 BODY

Due to the personal nature of soap, there are no returns or exchanges on these items.

 

DAMAGED SWIMWEAR

Each Tusk Swimwear garment is carefully inspected before being sent. In the event that there is something faulty with your item, please follow the steps below.

Send an email to Tuskswim@gmail.com with “Damages” in the subject line.

Provide a description and photo of the damaged area.

Provide a proof of purchase (confirmation email of payment or receipt)

After receiving your information we will assess.  If damages are valid, we will exchange the item or offer store credit if the item is no longer available.  We can only exchange an item if it is still available.
